HOUSE RULE

Dear guests!

 

Our goal is to ensure your pleasant rest and to avoid possible misunderstandings, so we would like you to familiarize yourself with our policy!

 

  1. Before arrival, the guest must hand over his personal documents (passport or identity card, residential address) for data collection and the full amount to be paid to the accommodation provider. Our guests can only check-in to the rooms after paying the full booking fee!
  2. Data collection takes place online; the accommodation provider sends the guest the online platform for the reservation by e-mail.
  3. The full booking fee refers to the pre-booked days. If the guests decide to end their stay early, we will not be able to refund the money.
  4. The apartment will be at the guest disposal to enter from 14:00. We kindly ask every guest that if you arrive later than 20:00, please inform us. If you fail to do so, we may not be able to accommodate the late arrival guests.
  5. We always ask our guests to complete the online check-in (data collection) before their arrival. Unfortunately, due to the shutdown of our system after 20:00, we will not be able to receive guests who did not complete the data collection online before that.
  6. When guests arrive, they can collect keys from a contactless key safe installed at the gate. The key safes are equipped with a code and the number of the apartment. After the preliminary data collection, the guests will receive the codes for the key safe.
  7. We kindly ask our guests to complete the preliminary data collection (see point 1) no later than 1 day before their arrival to avoid unnecessary waiting.
  8. You must leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure, otherwise we will charge a surcharge. After 13:00, the full daily price will be charged.
  9. Upon arrival, our guests will receive a gate and a room key so that they can move around freely. On the day of departure, please return the keys to the key safe.
  10. Guests are provided with clean and tidy apartments, if there is a problem with the cleanliness, please let us know. We cannot accept subsequent complaints. We do not perform cleaning during guests stay, only on special request.
  11. Visitors to the accommodation can only be received during the day, with the permission of the host.
  12. In consideration of the silence order and our other guests, please refrain from all kinds of noisy activities! Furthermore, we ask that you drive quietly in the accommodation area when you arrive home at night or in the morning!
  13. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (applies to all types of cigarettes and other smoke-producing devices!), it is only allowed in the yard at the designated area. Please dispose any remains of the cigarettes in the ashtrays reserved for this purpose!
  14. The accommodation cannot accept animals!
  15. We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms!
  16. The guest is responsible for his own behaviour in and around the accommodation and bears the consequences of any accident.
  17. Please respect the rules, protect the accommodation’s furnishings and do not take them out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets, glasses, plates, etc.)!
  18. When leaving the apartment, please turn off the water and electricity, close the window and lock the door!
  19. We reserve the right to select our clientele. We do not accept guests who are drunk or aggressive!
  20. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply with the house rules and if he disturbs the peace.
  21. In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days.
  22. By using the accommodation, it goes without saying that the guest has read, understood and accepted the contents of the policy.
