House Rules / Guest Information
Dear Guests!
Our goal is to ensure your pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, so we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our house rules!
- Before arrival, guests are required to provide their personal documents (passport or ID card, address) for registration purposes and to pay the total amount due. Guests may only occupy their rooms after the full booking amount has been paid!
- Registration takes place online; the accommodation provider will send guests an email with the online interface for their booking.
- The total amount due refers to the days booked in advance. Should you decide to shorten your stay, we are unable to issue a refund.
- Accommodation can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- We kindly ask all guests to complete the online check-in (registration) before their arrival.
- Access codes will be provided after prior data verification.
- If you vacate the accommodation after 10:00 on the day of departure, an additional charge will apply (30 € / per commenced hour). After 13:00, the full daily rate will be charged.
- Guests receive their rooms clean and tidied. Should any issues arise with cleanliness, please report them within the first 12 hours. We are unable to accept complaints made afterwards. Daily cleaning and linen changes are provided only upon special request. Fresh towels are provided every 3 days. Linen change is once a week.
- On-call service is available between 10:00 and 12:00. Additionally, a 24-hour on-call service is available at the following phone number: +36 70 459 9919
- Receiving visitors at the accommodation is prohibited! Only guests who have checked in online via the accommodation provider’s platform are permitted in the rooms and common areas.
- Out of consideration for the quiet hours and other guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from any noisy activities between 22:00 and 06:00! Furthermore, please move quietly within the accommodation premises when returning late at night or in the early morning.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas. (This applies to all types of cigarettes and other smoke-generating devices!)
- Pets are not allowed at the accommodation!
- We do not take responsibility for personal belongings left in the rooms.
- Guests are responsible for their own conduct within the accommodation and its premises, and bear the consequences for any potential accidents.
- Please maintain order, protect the accommodation’s furnishings, and do not remove them from the room (e.g., towels, pillows, blankets, glasses, plates, etc.)!
- When leaving the room, please turn off the water and electricity, close the windows, and lock the door!
- Telephone service: A mobile phone is available for guests in the common area, which can be used for both domestic and international calls.
- We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accommodate intoxicated or aggressive guests!
- The owner reserves the right to cancel the accommodation if guests do not comply with the house rules or disturb the peace.
- In case of a breach of the house rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In such an event, we are unable to refund guests for any remaining days.
- By using the accommodation, it is understood that guests have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of the house rules.
- Other Services: Breakfast is available for 15 euro / person / occasion between 7:00 and 12:00, provided by our contracted partner, Magyar Betyár Kolbászosztó (HungExo Group Zrt.). While our breakfast partner is closed for renovation/maintenance, we will personally provide breakfast and deliver it to your room. This meal service is available based on prior order, with at least 24 hours’ notice, offering continental and Hungarian options.
